Scheduling an Appointment
When scheduling a design or service appointment our office will email you an appointment confirmation and the person who will be coming to your home or office. You can also schedule a consultation with a designer here at our showroom where you can see, feel and select from our vast array of product samples and various material fabrics and textures.
Design & Installation Support
We know that visiting design centers and their thousands of choices can be daunting to the first time visitor. That is why we offer in-home or office assistance where our designers will provide as much support as you need. We want to help you accomplish your design goals by providing our design expertise and introducing you to the latest window fashions and floor coverings.
All of our installations are performed by Drapery Affair & The Floor Store employees, not subcontractors. Our technicians are highly trained and certified professionals whose skills are commensurate with the product and degree of difficulty of each project. This ensures that each installation is done right the first time. After ordering your product and placing a deposit, we will place your order with the manufacturer and follow-up with a call to you after your new product arrives to arrange an installation date.
